I Was Nominated

I can't believe it! My very favorite newsman, Bark Kent, let me know that I was nominated to be interviewed. I'm doing my best to cope with my new found popularity. Dogs With Blogs has been the best thing that ever happened to me. I've been called by them all. Showbiz Tonight, Larry King, ET, The Insider. I turned them all down because I was waiting for Bark Kent to call. So, if you want Bark to interview me just go to Suzuki's blog and vote for me!

She's Beautiful Inside & Out

Yesterday Mom came home and she had a box in her hands. She said "It's addressed to Diego Chace". I was so excited. I never got a box addressed to me before. I tried to open it but the box was too big for me to bite open. So, my Dad helped me open it. He read the card to me and said "It's from Mason!" I couldn't wait to see what was in the box.

The first thing I saw was a big orange google-eyed monster.

When I run with it it's arms go wild!!! I was having so much fun playing with my new toy. Then I heard Rocky say "There's something else in this box".

I put my toy down and before I knew it......out of the corner of my eye I spotted Snickers (the furry thing) ready to pounce on my new toy.

When my toy was safe I asked Dad to help me open the other package that was in the box.

OMG.....they're treats. I love treats. Mom said they were B-b-q'd squirrels. "Mom, I never caught a squirrel so I don't know what they taste like". "Oh Diego, they aren't real squirrels. They are home made treats shaped like squirrels."

Rocky and I sure think they smell good.

And they taste even better!!

A big thank you to Mason Dixie for a great birthday present! Mason, you really are as beautiful inside as you are outside!!!!

Thank You All

I can't believe all the birthday wishes I got. That Mason is quite a gal. Thank you so much Mason You made sure I had the BEST birthday ever. You also have great friends who took time to send greetings!

Mom did celebrate my birthday after she got home from the hospital. She said I should let you all know that she is not bad sick and the doctor is giving her lots of tests. Anyway, she gave me STEAK with my dinner and she also stopped at Petco on her way home and got me this cute teddy bear.

I had fun making it squeak! I like things that squeak!

Mom also got me some snausages! YUM!!!

Mom said I'm a good dog because I shared my snausages with my brother Rocky.

Doesn't he look funny with that snausage in his mouth??

My Birthday

I am so sad today. Yesterday was my birthday and no one remembered until today. It's not like I'm human and get about 80 birthdays you know. My Mom said she feels bad that she forgot. I probably shoud forgive her because she hasn't been feeling well. I know she'll make it up to me. Anyway, I am now 4 years old and I don't feel a day over 2.
