Our beaches are pretty rocky and covered with logs that wash down from the mountains. We were at a State Park and not allowed to run on the beach like some of you can do.
We sat down at a picnic table and looked out at the sound. Yup, this is not an ocean. It is Puget Sound. Mom said lots of people (and dogs) don't know that Seattle isn't on the ocean. Here I am looking out at the view.
Mom.....why did you take that picture of me with my tongue out?
Rocky enjoyed the view too!!
Dad took Rocky down by the water and walked down the beach. I stayed with Mom since she doesn't walk very well.
I can't see Dad & Rocky. I'm getting worried!!
Don't worry Diego...I kept an eye on Dad just like you kept an eye on Mom. 
Mom and Dad said we are good dogs!!

Neat outfit Diego. Our sea is a Firth maybe it's something like a Sound. You did a good job by sticking with your Mum when Rocky and Dad went walkabout. Bryan is keeping his eye on me just now while I'm getting used to my new hip, but Jarvis still goes full fst forward at every opertunity, kids eh! What a pity you are not allowed off lead in that lovely place, it looks perfect for exploring.

What a beautiful place, and probably a lot of fun for Rocky to go walking in with your Dad. I know what you mean, though, I would be staying with my Mom, too, as both of us don't walk really well anymore, but BG & Dott would have gone with Dad to look around.
